Achham (अछाम) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Sudurpashchim Province. Its headquarters is Mangalsen. It covers 1,680 km² and is home to 228,852 people — 136 per km², making it the 46th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Bajhang, Bajura, Dailekh, Doti, Kalikot and Surkhet.
