Khotang (खोटाङ) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Koshi Province. Its headquarters is Diktel. It covers 1,591 km² and is home to 175,298 people — 110 per km², making it the 51st most densely populated district in the country. It borders Bhojpur, Okhaldhunga, Solukhumbu and Udayapur.
