Humla (हुम्ला) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Karnali Province. Its headquarters is Simikot. It covers 5,655 km² and is home to 55,394 people — 10 per km², making it the 74th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Bajhang, Bajura and Mugu.
