Dolpa (डोल्पा) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Karnali Province. Its headquarters is Dunai (Thuli Bheri). It covers 7,889 km² and is home to 42,774 people — 5 per km², making it the 75th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Eastern Rukum, Jajarkot, Jumla, Mugu, Mustang, Myagdi and Western Rukum.
