Myagdi (म्याग्दी) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Gandaki Province. Its headquarters is Beni. It covers 2,297 km² and is home to 107,033 people — 47 per km², making it the 68th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Baglung, Dolpa, Eastern Rukum, Kaski, Manang, Mustang and Parbat.
