Syangja (स्याङग्जा) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Gandaki Province. Its headquarters is Putalibazar. It covers 1,164 km² and is home to 253,024 people — 217 per km², making it the 29th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Gulmi, Kaski, Palpa, Parbat and Tanahu.
