Baglung (बागलुङ) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Gandaki Province. Its headquarters is Baglung. It covers 1,784 km² and is home to 249,211 people — 140 per km², making it the 44th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Eastern Rukum, Gulmi, Myagdi, Parbat, Pyuthan and Rolpa.
