Rolpa (रोल्पा) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Lumbini Province. Its headquarters is Liwang (Rolpa). It covers 1,879 km² and is home to 224,506 people — 119 per km², making it the 50th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Baglung, Dang, Eastern Rukum, Pyuthan, Salyan and Western Rukum.
