Gulmi (गुल्मी) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Lumbini Province. Its headquarters is Tamghas (Resunga). It covers 1,149 km² and is home to 246,494 people — 215 per km², making it the 30th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Arghakhanchi, Baglung, Palpa, Parbat, Pyuthan and Syangja.
