Ramechhap (रामेछाप) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Bagmati Province. Its headquarters is Manthali. It covers 1,546 km² and is home to 170,302 people — 110 per km², making it the 52nd most densely populated district in the country. It borders Dolakha, Kavrepalanchowk, Okhaldhunga, Sindhuli and Solukhumbu.
