Sindhuli (सिन्धुली) is one of Nepal's 77 districts, in Bagmati Province. Its headquarters is Sindhulimadhi (Kamalamai). It covers 2,491 km² and is home to 300,026 people — 120 per km², making it the 49th most densely populated district in the country. It borders Dhanusa, Kavrepalanchowk, Mahottari, Makwanpur, Okhaldhunga, Ramechhap, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Siraha and Udayapur.
